So it's been about three months since I posted...which kind of makes me sad because this blog kind of became a daily journal of my girls' lives and I LOVE that! So, now that life has settled down some (you'll understand what I mean in a minute) I'll try to get back in the habit of writing more often!! So, what have we been up to these last few months you ask?! Oh nothing much.....I got that super awesome Canon I wanted and I got it in plenty of time for the trip I had planned with my best friend to go to Mexico, I went to see Jane Goodall (pretty much my idol) speak for my birthday, Jon moved to Vancouver, bought a new car, and started his NEW JOB, we continued looking feverishly for a house, we found the most AMAZING house we could have ever imagined, the girls and I moved down, I started fostering kittens from the humane society I used to work at, we found out I was pregnant, we found out we lost the pregnancy, Mexico trip cancelled, my mom came for a visit, we painted and decorated and cleaned and cleaned some more, and I've done about a bajillion canvas orders.... So yes, our last three months have been full of stress and excitement and joy and some sadness and just the whole big crazy emotional experience that is life. Emersyn and Havyn have really flourished here! There is so much to do EVERY DAY! We have gone to the river, met all sorts of new friends, gone to OMSI (a super awesome museum with lots of things for kids to do), visited Uncle Ryan and Cousin Caleb, and basically just run around like crazy munchkins! :) Buggy is getting pretty darn good at saying her ABC's and 123's. Em's signature phrase is, "OH...MY...GOSH!!!" I don't know where she got it...no matter how many times Jon tells me she got it from her Mama I'm just not buyin' it! :/ My obesession with taking photos has only spiraled even more out of control since getting my new camera. It's pretty crazy awesome...like really. I don't really know what I'm doing with it...but I wing it pretty well! I was going to upload a whole TON of pictures but I'm using Jon's dinosaur of a laptop that hasn't been out of Mr. Rubbermaid since about 2008 so I don't really want to risk trying to load them and freezing the whole kit n caboodle. I'll be back tomorrow with some photo evidence of everything...maybe even some goofiness...who knows?!
