The girls and Daddy found a new use for the clothes hamper today! It can double as a tilt-a-whirl-roller-coaster-merry-go-round...who knew?!? I wish you could hear the laughing!! Now on to giving. Today I am thankful for my amazing mom. My mom is the strongest person I know. She has been through more in her lifetime than anyone I know and she continues to give. She gives to her kids (both her own and in her classroom), she gives to her friends, she gives to her grandkids. I wouldn't be half the person I am today if it weren't for her...and I wouldn't have someone to call and ask stupid questions like, "how long do I bake this chicken...at 350 or 375?" She is awesome. No doubt about it. ![]()
Now for my Giving Reasons. We live in a really small town and we have a really small video store. Everyone in town goes there. Today I took $3 (how awesome is it that a new release rental is only $2.85?!) and attached it to a little note. I gave it to the owner and asked her to give it to one of her customers today. So someone out there is enjoying a movie on us tonight. This whole giving other people reasons to be thankful is a whole lot of fun. It fills my heart tank! :) ![]()
